Description | Multiplex, op basis van tropisch hout (okoumé) uit standaard beheerde bossen (zonder duurzaamheidskeurmerk), toegepast als plaatmateriaal voor een niet dragende elementenwand. Dit multiplex bestaat uit een aantal lagen schilfineer van okoumé dat met een kunstharslijm (ureumformaldehyde) onder hoge druk en temperatuur wordt verlijmd. De belangrijkste grondstof voor ureumformaldehyde is aardgas. Het soortelijk gewicht van de plaat is ca. 440 kg/m³. Er wordt uitgegaan van 1 m² plaat met een dikte van 12 mm (5,3 kg materiaal). |
